High Manganese Wear-resistant Steel

High manganese austenitic steel such as Mn13 and X120Mn12, Mn12 have good toughness and remarkable surface work hardening properties. Under strong impact load or extrusion load, the stressed surface is work hardened, and the surface hardness can be significantly increased from the initial HB200 to over HB750, while the core of steel plate still maintains good impact toughness. It is widely used in mining equipment, machinery manu facturing industry, such as shot blasting equipment, large-scale jaw crusher, etc.

High Manganese Low-temperature Pressure Vessel Steel

HMA400(Mn24)has good low-temperature resistance and wear resistance, even in the ultra-low tempera ture environment of-196℃, the product can also maintain stability, which is an ideal material for the manufacture of LNG fuel storage tank. Compared with 9Ni steel, the most common steel for LNG fuel storage tanks, 24% man ganese contained steel has the advantages of abundant production yield and lower cost.

High Manganese Non-magnetic Steel

20Mn23AlV has extreme low magnetic conductivity, good mechanical properties and processing properties , which can replace low-magnetic austenitic stainless steel used in the manufacture of non-magnetic parts in transformers , generators and special smelting furnaces and other equipment to prevent parts from radiation and ensure safe operation. It can be widely used in: 1. structural parts of magnetic shielding, tensile plate of core limb in oil tank of large and medium-sized transformers; 2. structural parts as stator coil ring, protective ring in large and medium-sized generators; 3. high voltage casing parts and adjacent steel structure parts of high voltage and high current transmission lines.

Low-temperature Nickel Steel

Low-temperature nickel steel is used for storage tank devices that store, treat and transport liquid ethylene and methane, liquid gas like liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and pipelines, among which 06Ni9DR steel plate has passed the ABS classification society certification.

SA387GR91CL2 (P91 for short) has high oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance under high temperature steam environment, impact toughness, high and stable durable plasticity and thermal strength, which is used in subcritical boiler, supercritical boiler and nuclear power heat exchanger, etc.

SA387GR22 (GB 12Cr2Mo1R) is pearlitic heat-resistant steel with high thermal strength and high tempera ture oxidation resistance. It is mainly used in the manufacture of pressure vessel equipment for high temper- a ture, high pressure and hydrogen environment, most of which are used in hydrogenation equipment in oil refining and chemical industry.

Current developed T4003 ferritic stainless steel has good strength, corrosion resistance, weldability and formability with the characteristics of ultra-pure and fine grain size and micro aloy strengthening. An nealed-pickled coil is supplied, which is mainly used for main plates of railway wagon side wall, end wal and floor etc.. The application of economical low carbon low chromium stainless steel can effectively extend the ser vice life of vehicle, and significantly reduce maintenance costs.
